Tom Graham, ecommerce manager of Alex Monroe, will take part in a free webinar discussing the company’s secrets to success and retail strategies.
In the 30-minute session hosted by Brightpearl, Graham will tell attendees how the business transitioned to be completely cloud-based and how they have kept up with changing customer expectations.
Graham is expected to share the retail process that Alex Monroe currently uses as well as explaining how to use data to serve customers better. He will also tell attendees how to focus their company’s team on what is important.
Those who attend the webinar will have the opportunity to submit questions in a Q&A session with Graham.
Since launching in 1987, Alex Monroe has had continued success with its handmade jewellery, with Buckingham Palace, Kew Gardens and The Victoria and Albert Museum among their clientele.
The brand recently collaborated with Disney on the recent remaking of the Beauty and the Beast film.
