Yoko London has launched a ‘Jubilee Masterpiece’ tiara as part of its Platinum Jubilee collection to commemorate the Platinum Jubilee of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
The tiara is also a wearable necklace, designed to transition “seamlessly” between the two forms.
Featuring 181 Japanese Akoya and Australian South Sea Pearls, ranging between 2.5mm and 14.6mm in diameter, alongside 31.13cts of G VS diamonds, the piece is set in 18ct White Gold.
To transform the piece from tiara to necklace, the frame can be unclipped and removed to reveal a fluid pearl and diamond necklace. An ornate clasp then slots into the back of the necklace to complete the piece.
Yoko London started planning the collection at the beginning of 2022, ahead of the Platinum Jubilee. The company said the piece is its latest and most technically ingenious achievement to date.
