Goldsmiths has opened its refurbished Intu Metrocentre showroom this month, welcoming new brands to its offerings.
Deputy mayor of Gateshead, Jill Green officially unveiled Goldsmiths’ new refit to the public.
Standing at 286 square metres, the showroom is situated on the lower ground floor of Intu Metrocentre near Newcastle, which is Europe’s largest covered shopping and leisure centre, and attracts over 21 million visitors every year.
The investment has seen the addition of new Cartier and IWC branded areas to in addition to the existing Omega and Breitling shop-in-shops, alongside its current range of watches and fine jewellery including collections by Mappin and Webb, Jenny Packham, Birks and Roberto Coin.
Further to these changes, the dedicated consultation area for Rolex has been extended, allowing customers to engage and experience a one-on-one, specialist customer service.
Within all branded areas, customers are given the opportunity to speak to the expert teams on hand to provide extensive advice on the product lines.
