Geo. A. Payne & Son Ltd is an independent family owned retail jewellers and pawnbrokers in Bosombe, Bournemouth specialising in both new and quality pre-owned jewellery and silverware. We offer a high quality pawnbroking service, in house valuations, repairs and a bespoke design service.
We are seeking an experienced store manager to work closely with the managing director. You will be responsible for the day to day running of all aspects of the sales floor and be responsible for an established team of six staff. You should have an attention to detail and the necessary experience to train and motivate your team and to grow sales through your own ideas and initiatives.
You should already have managerial experience within the jewellery industry and be able to demonstrate that you can deliver a truly exceptional customer experience. An understanding of pawnbroking whilst an advantage is not essential as full training can be given.
The package will include a competitive salary dependant on experience, performances based commission, private medical insurance and help with your continued professional development.
