The show is moving from its normal calendar spot of September, to take place from 30 June to 3 July 2012.
In addition, WSN Développement announced that the Who’s Next, Première Classe, Prêt-à-Porter Paris® and Mess Around shows would be coming together under one banner, and will be affected by the same change of date.
In a statement, the company said it had consulted exhibitors and buyers extensively before making the decision that it was “crucial to take advantage of the synergy between Eclat de Mode – Bijorhca and the other fashion events.”
The new show date is expected to make it easier for retailers to predict restocking needs after the show.
Plans to hold the show in Hall 5 at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, have not changed.
