On 22 November more than 28 stores in the area participated in the public event, offering customers a traffic-free, late night Bond Street shopping experience, with carol singers, roasted chestnuts and a whole host of other festive-themed treats.

Besides the chance to browse designs from Georg Jensen’s collections of fine jewellery, luxury fashion jewellery and watches for both men and women, guests were treated to champagne, mulled wine, Danish canapés and live music.

Georg Jensen also took the opportunity to introduce a charitable element, and invited three individuals from the fashion industry to each choose a beneficiary charity.

UK managing director of Georg Jensen, Penny Grivea, commented: “We are delighted to showcase a luxury Danish Christmas shopping experience, offering customers a unique opportunity to discover the ‘Joy of Giving’ whilst raising vital funds and awareness for [those] who are in need.”
