French jewellery brand Les Georgettes is celebrating its first anniversary since establishing itself in the UK and signing over 250 retail doors in that time.
The brand is now stocked in 200 stores and has sold 500,000 bracelets, 100,000 rings and one million leather bands globally.
Management attributes the success to the custom-made designs with interchangeable components, allowing them to ‘evolve every season’.
The company also received awards at various trade shows this year, such as ‘best stand’ at the Company of Master Jewellers trade event in March and the editors’ choice award for ‘visual excellence’ at International Jewellery London in September.
In a statement, Les Georgettes said: “We’re absolutely delighted by the success of Les Georgettes in the UK and Ireland during 2017. In just over 12 months since our launch in Autumn 2016, we have gone from being a relatively new brand within the UK jewellery trade, to establishing a network of over 250 authorised retailers.”
