Luxury retailer Bucherer 1888 has launched its Bucherer: Watches and Jewellery app in the United Kingdom, offering a digital platform for users to catalogue, value and manage their watch and jewellery collections.

The app provides an overview of a user’s portfolio, enabling them to store key documents, upload images and track the market value of items.

It also connects with Bucherer Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) listings, allowing users to view and sell watches through the company’s resale platform.

Features include a “Collection” section to record owned pieces, a “Favourites” list to save preferred items, and a “Market Value Estimate” tool to approximate individual valuations.

Users can also receive notifications about new pieces available for purchase or resale, and access expert insights through a built-in “Knowledge” section.

Founded in Lucerne in 1888, Bucherer operates 33 stores across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

The group employs around 2,000 staff worldwide and has been led by Guido Zumbühl since 2009.
