Time Products UK has announced it has purchased British watch brand, Accurist.
The announcement was made by Marcus Margulies, a member of the family that owns Accurist, who explained that a merger between the two famous brands would be mutually beneficial for them.
The combining of the two companies comes following a 50-year relationship between the Margulies family and the Loftus family, the previous owners of Accurist.
Margulies said: “Andrew Loftus and David Merriman will be working together to ensure that a very smooth transition will take place. It is the wish of both companies to build on the reputation that the two brands have had over very many years, based on customer service, value and quality.”
Time Products Group also includes the Marcus store on New Bond Street, Sekonda, Limit and Apollo Southerns.
