Startup British watch brand Etiqus, whose products are aimed mainly at golfers, has launched a women’s collection of seven new timepieces.

Each of the models will include subtle references to golf, such as the dimple patterned face that gives the 3D effect of a gold ball, the red flag second hand and the ‘Butler Bezel’, inspired by the R&A Pace of Play guidelines.

The watch collection comes in the choice of gold, rose gold or stainless steel bracelets with the option to choose ceramic centre link inserts.

Gary Butler, founder and MD of Etiqus, said: “About 15% of the 1.5 million golfers in the UK are women. Of course, this number is much lower compared to the amount of men involved in the sport, but I believe that avid lady golfers deserve a watch too that embodies their love for the game.

“For this reason, we extended our initial offering of 17 men’s watches with a women’s collection that comprises of seven stylish and fashionable timepieces.”

The Etiqus brand launched in July this year.
