Jewellery Focus is to host a seminar at International Jewellery London (IJL) revealing the results of several months of research into e-commerce.

The seminar will reveal data from a survey investigating to what extent independent jewellers are introducing e-commerce and click-and-collect into their business offering.

Jewellery Focus’ editor Michael Northcott, who will chair the seminar, Andrew Hinds, director at F Hinds, and Michael Rawlinson, CEO of the recently formed National association of Jewellers (NAJ), will share their analysis on the data.

The seminar, which comes after recent growth in e-commerce and a 20% per year growth in click-and-collect shopping, will take place on Monday, September 7, at 15:45 in the Inspiration Theatre.
