Lily Charmed to celebrate 10-year anniversary with new Christmas collection

Lily Charmed has revealed that it will be celebrating its upcoming 10-year anniversary with the launch of the Star Cluster Christmas collection which will be available from October 2021, and a selection of new charm bracelets for Christmas.

Founded in 2011 by Lucy Lee, the first pieces launched by the brand were designed using various wax carving methods to get the charm details and were crafted from recycled 925 sterling silver.

In 2012, the brand’s launch saw the jeweller be invited to partner with Notonthehighstreet.com for a 50 piece collection, and the same year a collection was created for Mint Velvet.

Lee said: “All of Lily Charmed’s charms are crafted from recycled sterling silver, and gold plated recycled sterling silver – as jewellery makers it’s our responsibility to understand, and ensure our customers understand, where our raw materials come from. I also love the sentimental journey of using recycled silver.

“For us, charm jewellery has an emotional impact – using recycled silver brings with it its journey, the silver had a life before, a purpose, its own story, and by reusing silver we carry this on to the next generation!”

Jessica Pearce, co-designer for Lily Charmed, added: “Our quirky designs like the jammy dodger, custard cream, boxing glove and balloon dog charms, give us the edge when the jewellery landscape can seem a little ‘samey’.

“It also means we can develop mini-collections to complement existing pieces – our 2021 Charm Collector concept celebrating the romanticism in storytelling is a great example of this, it meant our customers could showcase their own tales through their jewellery styling.”
