The collection comprises seven cocktail rings, celebrating the achievements and spirit of women

Stephen Webster has launched its new collection, ‘The ReBelles’, which comprises seven limited-edition made-to-order cocktail rings.

The first ring, ‘Rocket Girl’, is inspired by mathematician Katherine Johnson. It is set in blue titanium and palladium on a white gold shank, with a central trillion dynamite cut amethyst with paraiba tourmalines, diamonds, purple and blue sapphires.

The second ring, ‘Making Waves’, inspired by activist and marine biologist Rachel Carson, is set in 18ct white gold, and features a central carved moonstone face with grey and white diamond spines.

The ‘Swan Song’ ring takes inspiration from Anna Pavlova, a ballet dancer, and is set in 18ct white gold with a central green dichroic tourmaline and white diamonds.

Meanwhile, the ‘Red Sail Sunset’ ring is inspired by the pirate Ching Shih, and is set in 18ct yellow gold with a central orange citrine and cabochon ruby sails, white diamonds and tattoo detailing using black plating.

Additionally, the ‘Love on the Nile’ ring is inspired by Cleopatra and Elizabeth Taylor, set in 18ct yellow gold with a central Tahitian pearl, black diamonds, london blue topaz baguettes and green tsavorites.

The ‘Joie De Vivre’ ring is influenced by Marsha P Johnson, a transgender woman of colour in the 1960s. The piece is set in 18ct yellow gold with a central lilac spinel, with a rainbow of square cut sapphires, tsavorites and enamel detailing.

In addition, the ‘Double Dutch’ ring is inspired by Mata Hari, the rumoured double agent working for both sides during the Great War. The ring is set in 18ct rose gold with a central peridot surrounded by diamonds, with a jewelled snake set with diamonds, rubies and pink sapphires and gold tassels.

Stephen Webster said: “‘The ReBelles’ takes inspiration from heroines throughout history, celebrating their achievements, intellects, and rebellious spirit.

“The collection showcases Stephen Webster’s impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each piece references the unique personality and charisma of the rebel who inspired it.”
