Bransom Retail Systems has reported “high levels of interest” at the Jewellery & Watch Show for its new cloud-based mobile point-of-sale (mPoS) solution.

Chris Garland, MD of the company, said its existing customers had shown a great deal of interest in adding the new mPOS tablet solution to their existing bsmart stock systems, but Bransom was “delighted to see a high number of potential new clients who are looking for either a mobile PoS system with no stock management, or a mobile solution with full bsmart stock integration”.

He said: “We were certainly very busy for a large part of the show and we did engage in some big pre-show promotions, supported by the Jewellery & Watch show team, and we’re sure that brought people to see us.”

“One of the key advantages of our tablet-based till is being able to engage with customers literally anywhere in store, browse your product catalogue, search for specific types of jewellery or upsell and then take their details for future promotions,” he added.

“There’s no need to take them to the sales counter as you can complete the sale on the spot and send an e-receipt immediately, so you can serve more customers more quickly. We’re using the latest web technologies to deliver the best platforms on the market for our retail clients”.
