Watches of Switzerland has announced the opening of a new Manchester showroom.

Previously located on King Street, the newly designed retail space has enabled the brand to expand to two floors.

The move marks the next step in the company’s expansion plans by taking up residence in Manchester’s St Ann’s Square.

As well as being the exclusive stockist to retail Hublot timepieces in Manchester, the new showroom boasts an in-house Patek Philippe boutique as well as branded areas for the finest Swiss watch brands such as Jaeger-LeCoultre, IWC, and Omega.

It has a focus on selected brands, offering the chance to buy from a selection of pre-owned watches.

There will also be an on-site watchmaker for repairs and services.

To celebrate the new opening, watch manufacturer Patek Philippe will be hosting an exhibition in-store.

Included in this exhibition are Philippe’s World and Travel Times timepieces as well as Annual Calendars. There will also be a skeletonised grande complication on display.

CEO of Aurum Holdings Brian Duffy said: “The new showroom in St. Ann’s Square is designed and configured to offer the most luxurious environment possible and create an unforgettable watch buying experience.”
