English luxury jewellery brand Hatton Jewellers has opened a new flagship store in the centre of Chelmsford.

Starting as a small, family-run workshop in 1977, Hatton Jewellers first opened in the jewellery district of Hatton Gardens.

The jewellery brand manufactures and sells men’s and women’s fine jewellery, including heavy gold chains, diamond necklaces, solid gold bracelets and engagement rings. Stocking a large collection of iced-out hip-hop jewellery, from pendants and chains to gem-set bracelets and rings, they will also have a range of lab-grown engagement rings launching in the coming months.

The new store has a 3,500 square foot headquarters to showcase their jewellery for customers to view in person in addition to their e-commerce store. Additionally, the space has a separate glass-fronted workshop for crafting jewellery which can be seen from the showroom, equipped with new machinery.

With new space to move into, Hatton Jewellers also buy gold from the public paying premium rates.

Customers can also discuss their customise their engagement ring or personalise an existing piece.

Robert Cuomo, managing director of Hatton Jewellers, said: “The concept of our new store was to bring all things “fine jewellery” together under one roof. At Hatton Jewellers we design and manufacture your desired jewellery in one stop. Innovators in the manufacturing department, we cover all the steps of jewellery making through to polishing in our fully equipped workshop. We have a wide range of products on display ensuring that each customer can find their dream jewellery.”
