Atelier VM has announced the launch of its latest creation, the Virtuosa ring, in time for Valentine’s Day.

Atelier VM stated that the new ring is inspired by “unique bonds and new unions”.

The ring symbolises the union of platinum’s hardness and lustre with the radiant beauty of lab-grown diamonds. The platinum chain pays tribute to the corollas of flowers, giving an innovative shape to personal regeneration.

The piece is made of platinum with lab grown white diamonds connected with a rolò diamond chain, with an RRP of £370. The lustre of this material “brings to mind jewellery stored in cupboards from long ago, evoking a time when each item told a story”.

The Virtuosa ring aims to honour the familiarity of jewellery worn by grandparents, reminiscent of authentic cherished 20th Century living rooms.

The brand stated: “This combination of materials, different yet harmonious, results in a ring that embodies love and the future. Virtuosa is a new concept and an invitation to celebrate authenticity.”

It comes after Atelier opened its first UK flagship store in London’s Burlington Arcade in October last year. The new store covers a total area of 401 sq ft, and will be located at House 5 of the Burlington Arcade hall.

The brand launched in the UK in 2018 with a dedicated counter space in Liberty London.

The opening marked a significant milestone in the brand’s ongoing expansion, commitment and investment in the UK retail and jewellery market.
