The Natural Diamond Council has appointed Amber Pepper as chief executive, with her tenure set to begin on 1 February 2026.
Pepper is a senior marketing and brand leader with experience across global luxury businesses.
She joins from Mytheresa, where she is chief marketing and customer officer and managing director.
Her career spans senior roles at Tapestry, Farfetch and Harrods, alongside advisory and mentoring positions with organisations including the British Fashion Council and My Wardrobe HQ.
Pepper began her career in agency leadership before moving into luxury retail and digital platforms.
She has held regional and global roles across marketing, communications, e-commerce and customer strategy, working with brands such as Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman.
