Kouree has announced it is launching a collection in partnership with entrepreneur and gender equality advocate Sharmadean Reid, based around a charm that represents “change resilience and strength through life’s defining moments”.
The hourglass charm is part of the demi-fine jewellery brand’s broader Life Lessons Collection and Sisterhood campaign.
It comes as both a necklace pendant and a fixed charm bracelet, with designs available in either sterling silver or gold vermeil. The pendant is priced from £110 in silver and £120 in gold, with chains available separately at £55-60. The fixed charm bracelet is priced at £130 in silver and £140 in gold.
The back of the charm is engraved with ‘This Too Shall Pass’, which the brand said serves as a reminder that every life chapter “changes shape with time”.
Kouree said the charm is inspired by the symbolism of the hourglass shape, which it added is “universal marker of time passing, inner transformation and life’s natural cycles”. It said the piece illustrates that nothing is permanent.
Kouree was founded in August 2025, debuting with the Life Lessons collection consisting of nine charms, each crafted from 925 sterling silver with a 14k gold vermeil finish, designed as wearable affirmations “inspired by universal truths and real-life reflections”. Each charm featured Kouree signature refined square shape.
Sharmadean Reid is an entrepreneur and founder of The Stack World, an online platform working to increase the global GDP of the women’s economy, and the newly launched luxury, fine-fragrance bath and body brand 39BC.
