A new casting studio, ‘Q Branch Bespoke Casting’ has opened in Chichester, West Sussex.

Serving manufacturers, designers and workshops across the UK, Q Branch use 3D printing, scanning and wax methods to cast their models and precious metal alloys.

Dan Roe has opened the studio which places emphasis on platinum and palladium casting.

Roe said: “Q Branch was founded as we wanted to create a helpful and approachable casting firm that had an inherent understanding of CAD/CAM production methods straight off the bat.   Whether casting solidscape waxes, resins or more traditional injected waxes, we have a great understanding of how it all works.

“We have been working in fine jewellery CAD/CAM every day since 2004, giving us a wealth of knowledge and experience that Q Branch’s customers can tap into.”

As an introductory offer, Q Branch are providing free Solidscape printing for items cast in platinum until the end of July.
