Diamonds Factory opens new Metrocentre store

Diamonds Factory has expanded its North East footprint with the opening of a new store at the Metrocentre, marking the brand’s latest investment in its UK retail network.

The new space, which builds on the success of Diamonds Factory’s Newcastle showroom, will offer customers access to handcrafted jewellery, including engagement rings, milestone gifts and personalised designs.

According to Diamonds Factory, the Metrocentre was selected for its status as a key retail hub serving Newcastle, Gateshead and the wider region. 

The new store will feature the Leaf and Clover Collection, which incorporates a clover motif traditionally linked to luck, love and new beginnings.

Customers will also be able to book private consultations with jewellery specialists to explore both existing collections and bespoke options, including choices of metals, settings and diamonds. 

Darragh Duggan, regional sales manager at Diamonds Factory, said: “Following the strong response to our Newcastle showroom, we’re pleased to open a dedicated Diamonds Factory store in the Metrocentre. This location allows us to offer a more immersive experience and extend our craftsmanship and personal service to a wider community across the North East.”
