Cooksongold has launched a search for a new store manager to head its Birmingham branch in the city’s Jewellery Quarter.
The full-time role will oversee day-to-day operations, team management and store performance, with responsibility for sales targets, promotions and customer experience.
The company said it is seeking an experienced retail manager with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach. Knowledge of the jewellery trade or precious metals would be an advantage but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead a team, manage budgets and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability. The position also includes responsibility for security and metal-handling procedures.
According to the company, the new manager will “motivate, coach and empower” team members to achieve consistent results and help deliver a “positive and creative working culture”.
The retailer offers a competitive salary, flexible working options, staff discounts and access to an employee assistance programme.
