Olivia & Pearl announced it has appointed MediaVision to execute a new marketing plan with a “mission to bring pearl jewellery to a new generation”.
The appointment comes ahead of the contemporary brand’s focus on strengthening its ecommerce platform and online reach.
Its brief is to establish the brand as a “go-to name” in the jewellery sector through SEO, pay-per-clicks (PPC) and digital PR.
Founder and creative director, Olivia Smith, said: “Last year we embarked on our first round of venture capital investment, securing funds to scale the business in the UK via our digital channels.
“We have very ambitious growth plans at Olivia & Pearl, and it was really important that we find the best fit digital partner to help us achieve success.”
She added: “After identifying a gap in the market for affordable and contemporary pearl jewellery, I founded Olivia & Pearl with the aim of creating the world’s go-to pearl jewellery brand.
“We challenge the traditional marketplace by cutting out the middleman and sourcing directly from the pearl farms. This allows Olivia & Pearl to offer the highest and most sustainable pearl jewellery at an affordable price. Our mission is to bring pearl jewellery to a new generation.”
