The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) today announced Dutch company Federatie Goud en Zilver has become a member.

The trade association welcomed the company, known as the Dutch Federation of Gold and Silver, to its existing stable of 310 companies which includes the National Association of Goldsmiths and the British Jewellers Association.

Theo Vermeulen, secretary-general, for Federatie Goud en Zilver said: “We are indeed proud to be a member of RJC and look forward to the synergy that Federatie Goud

en Zilver and RJC can generate to ensure the responsible and ethical advancement of the industry,”
