Brown & Newirth, which makes bespoke wedding and commitment rings, launched the competition to win a five-star honeymoon package to the Seychelles with selected retail partners in July 2012.
Managing director of SWAG jewellers Ed Ferris remarked: “When we heard the news about the competition we were obviously very excited and hoped we would see one of our customers win, so this result is brilliant for our customer and SWAG. We started by announcing the competition to all our teams and discussed the ways in which they would introduce it to our customers, it was promoted in our stores in the windows using the B&N artwork, but always actively introduced by all of our team.
“I have to say the success we have seen with it has been down to our enthusiastic sales teams. We have seen strong double digit growth in our wedding ring sales all year so this competition is of course a factor in helping grow our wedding ring market.”
