JBN names pair of NAJ Summit speakers
Dale Parmenter and Clare Hanna of DRPG will present on ‘the five voices of power in your business’
The National Association of Jewellers’ (NAJ) Jet Business Network (JBN) has named two Congress speakers for its NAJ Summit on 13 September 2021.
Dale Parmenter, CEO, and Clare Hanna, head of learning development, at the integrated, full-service communications group, DRPG, will present on “the five voices of power in your business”.
During the talk, the pair are set to advise JBN members on how to ensure all different voices throughout their businesses are heard via the “five voices system”.
Attendees will also learn how to transform their style of communication in order to draw the best from their staff and wider team.
Parameter said: “The five voices has become an integral part of our learning development and day to day culture.
“Originally five voices was only to be used for the senior leadership team, however when we started to see the positive impact it had on the team, we rolled it out across the entire company.”
In a poll taken by JBN members, 40% of respondents saw digital challenges as the most pressing issue, with staff receiving 38% of the vote.
In turn, Michael Donaldson, JBN facilitator and organiser of the Congress, said that “both topics will be addressed by experts” at this year’s summit.
