Astrid & Miyu has launched a new bespoke shopping service that will aim to make purchasing product on its website a ‘seamless experience’, in time for the busy Christmas period.

‘Hero’ is a brand new live video chat service that creates a hybrid between in-store and shopping online.

The service is currently used by retail giants such as Harvey Nichols, it goes beyond the commonly used live chat service.

The technology will allow Astrid & Miyu store associates to interact with customers in real time. Customers will be able to browse the shop from their homes, being shown the brand’s product selection via live video streaming and photo messaging, receiving a personalised customer service experience.

Astrid & Miyu jewellery is available to purchase online, as well as in their two London stores located in Mayfair and BoxPark Shoreditch. Selected items are also stocked in Selfridges.
