Jewellery design firm Alyssa Smith Jewellery has been named the ‘Best Retailer of the Year’ at Hertfordshire’s Biz4Biz awards.
A total of 12 awards were presented at the event hosted by Tewin Bury Farm Hotel in Hertfordshire, with the awards aiming to showcase the best of business in the country.
The best retailer award, which is open to both multi-national chains and independent high street shops, was awarded to Alyssa Smith Jewellery for its “demonstration of excellent knowledge and passion for the products it sells”.
The jewellery company was also cited for its “good understanding” of its customer base as well as its demonstration of a “can-do” attitude.
Alyssa Smith, founder and owner of the eponymous firm, told Jewellery Focus: “Having the company’s commitment to outstanding customer service, exquisite jewellery designs and our bold and innovative marketing strategy recognised in this way is hugely rewarding to us.
“We have built the brand of Alyssa Smith Jewellery solely through our social media platforms and online shop, so we are all delighted to have been named Hertfordshire’s best retailer.”
