In an innovative move to “redefine a luxury customer experience”, the Hirsh Taxi will be a complimentary service, available by appointment, that personally delivers purchases to Hirsh customers.
As the government has just given the greenlight to open the Hirsh Mayfair boutique on the 15 June, the Hirsh Taxi will soon safely transport customers living or working within the M25 to and from Hirsh’s Mayfair boutique without the need for their customers to use public transport.
The Hirsh Taxi will be a brand-new TX electric taxi that will be fully equipped with hand sanitiser, gloves and masks and will only ever transport a customer(s) from one household at a time so each journey will be private. The taxi will also be fully sanitised after each use.
Sophia Hirsh, managing director, said: “Creating a special, personal customer experience is always at the forefront of everything we do. In light of the current worldwide pandemic, we wanted to take our level of customer experience even further to ensure our customers feel safe and secure. We truly feel our Hirsh Taxi will allow us to do just that.”
When Hirsh reopen its doors on the 15 June, it will be by appointment only and to customers from one household at a time.
Social distancing will be maintained throughout the boutique and hand sanitiser, gloves and masks will be provided upon arrival. All jewellery will be handled with gloves and regularly sanitised to ensure the boutique and offices are clean and safe.
