F.Hinds unveils Dover store refurbishment

The new refit features a ‘modernisation’ of the site to match the company’s current branding, with new wall decorations, a new carpet and a new seated area for serving customers

Family owned jeweller F.Hinds has recently refurbished its Dover branch, which first opened in 1985.

The new refit features a “modernisation” of the site to match the company’s current branding, with new wall decorations, a new carpet and a new seated area for serving customers.

The store provides a large range of jewellery, diamonds, watches and gifts as well as F.Hind’s full range of services including gold for cash, jewellery design, remodelling and repairs, watch servicing and battery replacements and insurance.

Alison Riddle, store manager at F.Hinds Dover said: “Having originally opened in 1985 we are now very established on Dover high-street which is wonderful. Even though times are hard, our store refit only shows that we are here to stay with our bright, modern new look. We look forward to welcoming customers, old and new, for generations to come.”

F.Hinds employs over 1,000 staff across 128 stores in the UK, including its Chapelle branded stores.

The actual unit the Dover F.Hinds store is based in has existed for 166 years and has survived two world wars.
